The
Way
Jesus said to him,
"I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father,
but through Me." - John 14:6
The Way

It was a night of troubled fright when he said he was going
away.
I looked to him in doubt again and asked, "How will we know the way?"
He said where he'd go our heart would know and we would follow him someday.
And in that time he would design a heavenly home for us to stay.
Chorus: He said, "I am the way, the
truth, the life, just trust and follow me.
Let not your heart be troubled, believe in God, believe in me.
And on that day this rule he gave that we would know just
what to do.
He said to love, just as he loved us, and to love each other too.
And as he broke the bread he spoke of how he'd die to set us free.
Our guilt and sin he took on Him as holy wine up on that tree.
Now if you don't know which way to go because the path seems
dark and dim.
Just choose to love and trust above, he is the way just follow him.
